Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the delivered work. TryMyDev retains the right to showcase projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

TryMyDev is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in German courts.
